Kali Henderson, a former Inside Sales Rep (ISR) working for Angi Inc. remotely from her home in Georgia, has commenced this nationwide, FLSA collective action lawsuit seeking recovery of overtime wages for herself and all other present and former inside sales rep employees of ANGI who worked anytime in the past 3 years for ANGIE INC.
Henderson claims that she suffered to work off the clock and was not paid for all overtime hours worked, meaning hours over 40 in any single workweek, during the term of her employment.
Henderson explains that as an ISR she was pressured to hit performance metrics and sales goals, and had to suffer to work during meal breaks and could not claim this time despite that she routinely performed work during the 30 minute meal break time. Additionally, Henderson claims that she suffered to work time off the clock and outside the standard 8 hour shift time and pressured and discoursged from complaining or reporting this off the clock time.
This lawsuit seeks to recover these unpaid times and thus overtime wages for herself and all other prsent and former persons who were employed by ANGI INC. as an inside sales rep under various titles, including but not limited to: Account Executive, Sales Consultant, Inside Sales Rep, Sales Development Representative.
Henderson also seeks to recover double the sum awarded in overtime wages as liquidated damages, which is available under the FLSA and state wage laws; plus interest and all of the Plaintiffs' incurred attorney's fees.
